Our Promise to You

Not all lenders are created equal.
There are plenty of lenders to choose from—but they’re not all the same when it comes to customer satisfaction. At Longbridge, we feel so strongly about going above and beyond to ensure your clients’ total satisfaction that we’ve put our list of promises in writing.

The Longbridge Commitment

The right fit.

We get to know you and your clients—and take the time to understand their situations—so we can offer solutions tailored to their needs. We will help your clients determine what reverse mortgage solution is right for them.  Not all lenders make this commitment.

No hidden fees.

We strive to make reverse mortgages affordable by offering low pricing to members of the HECM Advisor Network—saving your clients money, with no added service fees or increased rates.

Real people.

You’ll get a timely response from one of our reverse mortgage experts who is specially trained to work with advisors and your clients.

Responsive service.

Our goal is to close all loans within 45 days of receiving a client’s application and counseling certificate—and we’ll make every effort to close it even sooner.

Regular updates.

We’ll be in touch with your client at least once a week with a status update on their loan.

Exceeding expectations.

We’ll do everything we can to make your clients’ experience the best it can be.

We’ll make it right.

At any point in the process, if an issue arises or things don’t go according to plan, we’ll respond quickly to offer solutions.

Safety and security.

We’re committed to safeguarding your clients’ personal—in fact, we offer free identity theft protection for their peace of mind.

Your customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

If we ever fail to keep these promises, just give us a call—we’ll do whatever it takes to make it right. It’s that simple. But don’t just take our word for it, see what our clients had to say: read our reviews on Trustpilot, an independent review company.

Advisor Help Line

Longbridge Financial is an approved Federal Housing Administration (FHA) lender.

We offer reverse mortgages that are insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). We’re also a proud member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA), and fully subscribe to its Code of Ethics. Not all lenders can make that claim.
